Terms of Service

1. Service description

CramPack is an AI-powered study-material organization and review-card tool for students preparing for exams. You can paste notes or upload text-readable PDFs, and the Service can generate candidate knowledge points, review cards, web-based study sessions, and export files.

CramPack helps organize and review study material. It does not guarantee exam results, replace official course materials, or provide professional educational, legal, medical, financial, or other advice.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you are under the age of majority in your location, you should use the Service only with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and may not use your account for fraud, abuse, attacks, or illegal activity.

3. User materials and uploaded content

You keep your rights in the study materials you upload, paste, or edit. You grant CramPack permission to process those materials as needed to provide the Service, including parsing, generating, saving, displaying, exporting, and syncing edits.

• You must have the right to upload or paste the materials you provide.
• You may not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, privacy-invasive, or school-policy-violating content.
• Do not upload highly sensitive personal information, identity documents, bank details, medical privacy information, or confidential material that should not be processed by AI services.

4. AI output and study responsibility

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, over-compressed, or unsuitable for your specific course requirements. You should verify outputs against textbooks, class requirements, instructor guidance, and your original materials.

CramPack does not guarantee exam pass rates, score improvements, admissions results, or learning outcomes.

5. Payments, credits, and refunds

Some features may require subscriptions, credit packs, or other paid capacity. Payments are processed by third-party payment services such as Creem and may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Refund eligibility is described in the CramPack Refund Policy. AI generation credits that have already been used are generally not refundable unless there is duplicate billing, an incorrect charge, or a severe technical failure.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not try to bypass quotas, abuse-prevention rules, authentication, or security limits.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or misuse CramPack APIs or model outputs.
• Do not use the Service to generate, distribute, or assist unlawful, infringing, cheating, harassing, malicious, or harmful content.

7. Service changes and availability

We may improve, suspend, or change features, pricing, quota rules, or third-party integrations. We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Intellectual property

The CramPack product, interface, code, brand, copy, and service structure belong to CramPack or its licensors. Except as allowed by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or create a competing derivative service.

You retain rights in your input materials and edited study content, but you must not infringe third-party intellectual property or other rights.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CramPack is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or specific learning result of AI outputs.

CramPack is not responsible for indirect losses, exam outcomes, school discipline, data loss, lost profits, or other consequences arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it through good-faith communication; unresolved disputes will be handled under applicable law.
