Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the rules for CramPack subscriptions, credit packs, and AI generation credits. Payments are generally processed by Creem, and refunds are returned through the original payment method or another method supported by Creem.

1. Seven-day refund for unused credits

If you buy a credit pack and the credits have not been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please include your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date, and refund reason.

2. Used credits are generally not refundable

AI generation creates model and infrastructure costs. Credits already used for material analysis, review-card generation, regeneration, or other AI operations are generally not refundable.

3. Exceptions we may review

  • Duplicate billing, incorrect charges, or clear payment errors.
  • Credits were deducted but a severe CramPack technical failure produced no usable result.
  • Refunds required by applicable law.

4. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription through the product or payment platform flow. Cancellation stops future renewals. Credits that have been issued and used are generally not refundable; unused credits may be reviewed based on purchase time, usage, payment-platform rules, and applicable law.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@crampack.app with your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. We will make reasonable efforts to review complete requests promptly.

6. Abuse and denial of refunds

We may deny refund requests involving refund abuse, obvious misuse, violations of the Terms of Service, false statements, or substantial consumption of AI credits.

7. Processing time

Refund timing depends on Creem, payment networks, banks, or card issuers. CramPack cannot guarantee the exact time funds will arrive.
